Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

Die Mokassins sehen perfekt aus und sind bequem. Bestellung und Lieferung liefen ohne Probleme und ganz schnell. Aber ich würde mir noch ein bisschen breitere Modelle wünschen, da nach einem längeren und intensiveren Tag, hatte ich Valgusschmerzen.

Es tut uns jedoch leid zu hören, dass Sie nach einem langen Tag Schmerzen hatten. Falls man mit Barfußschuhen anfängt, empfehlen wir die Schuhe nur kurze Zeit zu tragen. Die Füße und die Muskeln müssen sich an die Form des Schuhs ohne Fußgewölbe, die dünne Schuhsohle und den Zero Drop zu gewöhnen. Das Gehen in den Barfußschuhen imitiert das Barfußgehen. Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass der Übergang von herkömmlichen Schuhen zu Barfußschuhen für eine gewisse Zeit unangenehm sein kann.
