  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat hard surface and stand on it. Stand straight and relax your toes
  2. Hold the pen vertically and trace the outline of your entire foot
  3. Measuring length: mark the longest part of your foot from the center of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Connect the points and measure the foot length
  4. Measuring width: mark the widest part of your foot. Connect the marks and measure the foot width. Write down the measured values
  5. Add approx. 0.5 cm to your measured length and you have your size

Ich hatte mein Leben lang Plattfüsse, habe mir schweine teure orthopädische Einlagen machen lassen und musste mir gefühlt jedes halbe Jahr ein neues Paar kaufen. Seit ca. 2 Jahren trage ich fast nurnoch barfußschuhe. Habe diverse Modelle und Firmen ausprobiert und die Schuhe von barebarics sind für mich einfach perfekt. Optik und Passform 10/10. In diesen 2 Jahren war ich nochmal beim Orthopäden um mir weiter Einlagen anfertigen zu lassen weil ich welche für die Arbeit brauchte. Dort kam auf einmal raus dass ich keine Plattfuss mehr habe. Habe durch das ständige barfuß laufen wohl wieder ein besseres Fussbett bekommen. Habe bereits 6 paar Schuhe daheim. ❤️
